Upgrade Scheduled for March 27th

We are excited to announce an upgrade to our BankNorth Cash Management product!

This upgrade provides you with the same features that you enjoy today, but with new enhancements to the ACH workflows.

There will also be an update to the authentication process when approving an ACH batch.  Instead of calling into BankNorth, an additional authentication (security code) will be sent via text message and will be required to approve a batch.  This will completely replace the requirement of a phone call. Click here for more detailed information.

A few things to note:

  • Cash Management will be unavailable during the upgrade (approximately 12:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.)
  • No new Access ID or Passcode will be required.
  • The new look and feel and features will appear for everyone once the update is complete.
  • Phone calls will no longer be needed to approve an ACH batch
    • An additional authentication method (security code) will be sent via text message and will replace the need to call in
